The Bulldogs is a Partnership between Bulldogs Boxing & Community Activities (Registered Charity Number 1156591) and Port Talbot Amateur Boxing Club. The Charity delivers our community-focused activities whilst the Boxing Club delivers the sport. FREE Walking group every Wednesday - 11am Community Gym - access to over 15 classes a week including ladies only sessions, Circuits and BoxHiit. Open Access times are available to do your own thing. £20 per month, or £4 per session. FREE Youth Open Access every Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm Youth Club - ages 6-10 years every Tuesday 3.30pm-5pm - fun activities and a healthy snack We are a warm hub offering access to safe warm spaces and food. NPT Mind are available every other Tuesday to have a chat about your mental health We support Veterans with 2 drop ins a week (Tuesday & Friday 10-1pm) access to our partner services, Veterans have FREE access to our gym. Alternative Education - offering support to children and young people who are disengaging from mainstream education. Education and Fitness sessions supporting wellbeing and mental/physical health. Referral pathway through Cynnydd school teams. Supporting the community - various events working in partnership with many organisations to support mental and physical health
